Tidbits about Brady
You may remember Brady’s injury back in July. I will spare you the details again! But today I took off two week old nail polish and this is what I saw…
It has officially grown all the way out!!!! What a relief…
Also, today I was drying and straightening my hair while Reese naps. Brady tends to mimic me when I do these activities. She gets her water spray bottle and wets down her hair and uses her toy hairdryer. Today I decided after she had completely SOAKED her hair to blow dry it. Well this is nothing new to her, but today I brushed it was drying (this is new since she has curls). Here is the result:

Love getting Mail!
I LOVE shopping for the girls and lately I have tried to get my act under control. Since the holidays are around the corner I kept a list of things I want to buy and behave myself!
I walked by a calendar stand and thought, oh the girls would LOVE a Taylor Swift calendar. Also, Reese is not enjoying all the car rides to and from Brady’s preschool. So I thought I would get her one of those traveling lap desks to color in the car…
Well, Kim must have read my mind!!!! The girls and I got an AWESOME package in the mail yesterday. Among new books and more People mag., there was a Taylor Swift calendar and two lap desk (Color Wonder brand). Reese couldn’t wait to get in the car this morning, and that says A LOT!!!
Well Brady really liked the calendar picture of Taylor singing in the rain…
So on the car ride home from preschool she drew the same picture (from memory no less). I know you can see the resemblance. ;)

Our Experience at the Pumpkin Patch
Well, I bet you can guess we didn't quite make it to the pumpkin patch! The girls and I wanted to go to a Alabama pumpkin patch with our best friends. All of us loaded up in my van and headed for the 45 minute trip west. Well after 1.5 hours of driving we find out that the pumpkin patch/train ride isn’t open on weekdays…UGH! Well we decided to go to a awesome mall another 20 minutes west and have fun anyways. Brady made a Tiana Bunny and Reese (since it was well into her nap time) choose to sit in the stroller. Then the girls had a ball in the water splash gardens! I have been jealous of all my NC friends that have been talking about the State Fair….but I bet none of your guys can be playing in water ;)
