At the end of the day...

For the past few months, part of Brady's night routine is to tell us her favorite part of the day and then she will always ask us (Mommy and Daddy) ours. Then she promptly asks about Reese's, Dewy's and Pace's favorite part of the day. Needless to say discussing the days events have always been a special part for us.

Recently, when my sister was discussing a good weekend with me on the phone to come visit,  Brady says "Auntie Andi coming to my house?!?!?" So here I was with the issue of explaining that it would be quite a while until she got to see her. So thanks to Andi's idea, Brady and I made a picture calendar today.

We can put our regular playdates or music classes on there. But Brady really enjoyed flipping through the calendar to find everyone's birthday and put a cake or gift sticker on each special day. I am excited about this new teaching tool that adds to our night time routine of discussing our days.

There is also a cute video of Brady showing her Daddy the calendar and explaining what is happening in the month of Feb. Here is the link:

So now you all need to schedule a time to come visit Brady and your picture will be on Brady's calendar and she can count down the days!
